Steamed Broccoli with Chorizo

Steamed Broccoli with Chorizo
Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
¾ cup of water
14 oz broccoli florets
1 ½ oz Mexican chorizo
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp chopped chipotle chiles canned in adobo sauce
1 tsp adobo sauce
1/8 tsp kosher salt
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Method:
Boil water in a large skillet.
Add broccoli, cover and simmer for 4 minutes until tender.
Cook the chorizo in the olive oil in a skillet for 3 minutes, stirring to crumble.
Remove chorizo from the heat and stir in the lime juice, chiles, adobo sauce and salt.
To serve top broccoli with the chorizo and sprinkle with cilantro.
